“Sitting with my dogs while they ran around I picked up my cellphone and dialed Woodhouse service dept for a quote on an oil change. Yup. Come on in today before 2pm and we can take care of you they said. Impressed, I was on my way at 1pm. Pulled right into the service bay and was met straightaway.
