“I have to say that Dr Joy (primary care bldg) is one of the best primary doctors I’ve had. She is very attentive and compassionate. She takes her time and makes sure you are comfortable with the visit and tries her best to make sure you leave at ease. Phones though should be a bit handled better but I understand because I’ve seen what goes on with limited ppl answering phones but customer service should always be on point when dealing with clients over the phone and that isn’t happening.”

“Gave birth here about 3.5 weeks ago. I just wanted to let everyone know how awesome the nursing staff was to me in the labor and delivery and during my recovery stay. They were super attentive and always made sure me and baby were doing good. They had great lactation nurses as well to help! I drove 3 hours while in labor to deliver at this hospital the staff is that good. The meals were good as well and nurses always made sure I didn’t need any additional snacks or drinks. Special shout out to the overnight staff for being super sneaky and quiet and not waking baby up while checking my vitals!”

“Aunque en los reviews aparece sólo con una estrella, la verdad no es tal. Estuve visitando este Centro y el servicio al cliente es muy bueno, pues desde que llegas te saludan. Y en seguida te preguntan en qué pueden ayudarte. El lugar es tranquilo y limpio. Hablan español y tienen doctores bilingües también. Lo que creo que deben mejorar es el tiempo de espera de los pacientes. Tenía cita para las 10:00am y llegué a las 10:02am, estuve tarde por 2 minutos y tuve q esperar alrededor de 25 minutos para pasar a la sala del doctor. Luego que me hicieron el chequeo rutinario: presión arterial, temperatura, peso... tuve que esperar más de 15 minutos al doctor, el cual fue conciso y preciso. Por lo demás, lo visitaría nuevamente y lo recomendaría por igual.”

Dr. Arelis Rodriguez-Cabán is an outstandingly compassionate doctor respected and loved by her patients and her peers. Dr. Ian Figueroa, is also a caring and knowledgeable doctor that comes forth and assures his patients when needed. Dr. Agustín Caballero, is an outstanding doctor very knowledgeable in muscular, joint, and body aches, pain. Very understanding, caring, compassionate. As mentioned before, Poinciana, IMA Medical Center is staffed by Doctors that care. Dr. Benjamin Moreno Dr. María Guzmán Dr. Imarilys Zayas In addition to that the office is run by a fantastic manager, Ms. Brenda Sotomayor, whom also takes care the medical center is run smoothly, and the patient's are well taken care of. ...the rest of the staff works hard to maintain the good flow of the function of the medical center, efficiently and with a smile.”

“Great staff, great doctors. The girls make the visit so much fun, and make you feel like you are a part of their family. ALOT of new faces but I want to make sure I mention that I’m very happy to see that Maria still there, amazing nurse, and very smart. She always asks about my family, & pets, and her personality makes the visit go by so much quicker. She even prayed with me in the room when I was telling her how I was feeling. And that’s what you call a great service. Guys keep it up, I don’t know the rest of the names because they are all new.”
