Yes teachers can be mean at times but thats all on you bc if your nice to them and do your work like your told to they wouldnt be mean bc im very respectful and i do all my work and the teachers have been nothing but nice to me what i dont like are the deans like sorry but having one yell at you is not nice, i got dress coded for wearing sandals (i didnt know they werent allowed bc in my old school we could) and one of the deans yelled at me and sent me to the office, imagine your in the students place and someone yells at you for something why cant they just pull you aside and tells you politly im gonna see how these 2 last years go...”
