(December 20, 2018, 6:07 am)Absolutely love this place !!!! Best resort we have ever stayed at. There were a few very minor issues with the room that we took care of ourselves. That being said I will only stay here when I visit Orlando again. The staff is just outstanding. Everyone from the front staff to the waterpark treated us like gold. We felt as if we were being pampered from every angle and the best part was how good they all were to my kids. I wish I could list everyone who stood out but in truth the entire staff from the tennis coach, cleaners, reception to security were just phenomenal. We can't think you enough for the wonderful experience.
(October 1, 2018, 7:28 am)The grounds displayed lush green grass, healthy plants & flowers, well maintained. The Villa's were beautiful with plush carpeting, tasteful decor & spacious bedrooms. Conference rooms were extremely cold but gorgeous! Staff was always so courteous & helpful in every situation. Loved, loved, loved this trip.
