“I’ve been going to this studio a little under a month, and I absolutely love it. Christy has such a beautiful spirit, even hugged me on the second class I took! She’s very kind, gentle and patient. She really goes back to the basics of every yoga pose and teaches how to correctly improve and help hold said poses. I never feel lost in this class! It feels less like an intense work out and more like rejuvenating of the body and mind. Patricia’s classes are amazing for getting relaxing real deep stretch. I look forward to her calming Thursday morning classes. If you’re feeling in a slump and just want to feel good again, go here. It’s like no studio I’ve been to before!”

“I have been to a many CrossFit gym over the years and this one by far is the best around. Not only does it have top notch equipment but what really separates CrossFit Minnetonka is the staff and the community of members. First off the staff is always super helpful when you have questions or will give you pointers. It really shows that they care about their members and they want you to succeed and get better. The community at this gym is amazing - everyone is super friendly and it is easy to make new friends. This gym also does awesome events and parties which are a blast!
