  Our shower valve cartridge malfunctioned terribly late last night. I called around but no one would help us. Mr. Terrano helped us and within an hour it was replaced and the water was back on iin the house. We highly recommend him. Professional, honesty, and reliable.

  Terrano Plumbing remodeled two baths for us. Price wise they were competitive with others but the personal attention we received from Ross was exceptional. They began as promised and finished as promised.
  We encountered a few minor problems but Ross worked them quickly and painlessly. I would certainly recommend them to my friends or family.

  We recently hired Terrano Plumbing with high expectations for our bathroom remodel. Well now that the job is complete, I can sincerely say they exceeded the high expectations my wife and I set. From the moment we sat with Ross to go over our vision for our bathroom to the moment the last item was complete Ross was involved with the project and made sure everything was PERFECT. Which it is. We set a high bar, Ross raised it and absolutely crushed it. Whether it be a small plumbing job, small project, or full on remodel, Ross and his team should be your first and only call. In a landscape such as South Florida where there are 100's of contractors and "handymen" and sometimes its tough to trust anyone, you can sleep well at night knowing that Terrano cares, and not only that, Ross stands firmly behind his work. We're thrilled and hope to hire his team for any future jobs that come up!

  Ross is the real deal! His expertise and attention to every detail to the customer's satisfaction is unmatched. He is trustworthy, true to his word, punctual, and something of a perfectionist, which is a really good attribute when you need to hire a plumber you can trust. I can absolutely attest to the quality of the work he and his team do. Truly the best in South Florida for sure. He is a master at his trade.
