About the only recommendation I have: the soap dispenser in the men's bathroom was missing as in completely ripped off the wall. there is a functional soap dispenser in the handicap stall that I used. I'd like to hope that this just happened.”

“Normally I would give this restaurant 5 stars and up until now the staff was on the mark. There was a change in the entire staff. Not for the better! Yesterday I went to my local Einstein Cafe for breakfast. I had a $1 credit, no time limit and a $2 coupon, 2 day coupon. The cashier choose my $1 coupon eventhough I presented my cell phone bar code for the $2. When I asked her why, she said that my account only showed the $1. When I called customer service, I got the same response. I am totally disappointed in my local Einstein Cafe.”
