“This is a great company! Nelson, the owner and estimator, was very polite and professional. Their installer Monty started tinting some windows in my house yesterday. He has been professional, very clean, and has gone above and beyond his job requirements. One of the pieces of glass was already partially cracked and I was originally told that it might need to be replaced. Sure enough, it needed to be, but instead of Monty packing up and telling me to let them know when I had replaced the glass, he called a glass company for me and told me that he could fix the window. All I had to do was pick up the glass while he continued to tint other windows. When I returned with the glass, he carefully installed it and picked up every scrap of glass on my floor and what fell onto my roof from the original window. He has to come back today to finish up. When I offered to pay him at least something yesterday he refused to accept any payment. He said that he will not accept payment until he is completely done with a job. Great work and very professional company, something rare I think these days!”

“First time walk in customer. Warm greeting, listened to my problem, looked at my vehicle and brought a technician out to examine. Since it was a small fix, they said they could fix, if I could wait 15 minutes. Ten minutes later Eric came out, introduced himself, and had the job done expeditiously. Staff and then Eric gave explanation, which was professional and easy to understand. Front end staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Price for work done was fair and reasonable. All in all a surprisingly great experience. I will surely utilize Eric’s Wrench again and again.”

“I'm not one to take time to write reviews online, but the experience I had really deserves to be shared. I had an issue with my BMW X3 and took my car to the dealer service center. They were ready to charge me $2000 to fix the issue! I knew I needed a second opinion and asked a friend if he knew any good mechanic that specializes in imports. He said go to Mel, he is the best hands down. I called Mel the next day and he spent a good 15 minutes on the phone with me trying to understand my issue and giving me advice. I was shocked as a mechanic will normally just tell you to bring the car by and that's it. I then towed my car out of the dealer and took it to Mel. As soon as the car arrived he took it for a spin and told me the problem didn't seem to be what the dealer had said. He told us to give him a couple of days and he will investigate and give us a call. Just received a call today and indeed the issue was NOT was the dealer had told us and the fix was only $440! I could not believe it and am really shocked by the honesty and professionalism demonstrated by Mel. He really knows his stuff and is easy to work with. He has completely put me at ease about owning a BMW because now I know I have someone to take it to who is extremely knowledgeable and will give me a fair price! Have an import? Take it to Autowerks, you will not be disappointed!!”
