Chris was the first person to really get me interested in fitness. He trained me day in and day out during our time in the military. His instruction was so valuable to me and I know I never would have made it to where I am today without him motivating me to give my all every single workout.
I look forward to training with him sometime soon and I can honestly say that he is by far the most knowledgeable and professional trainer that I know. His guidance changed my life for the better and made me think about how I should be training and what kind of nutritional choices I should be making. He's an outstanding trainer and an awesome friend.
This place is definitely worth checking out. You won't regret it!
