She has a well rounded coaching staff that are tough when they need to be and can get the kids to do what needs to be done to improve their skills. “My fitness assessment was done by Brianna. I have played golf most of my life, stayed in pretty good shape but I have never been tested like I was during my assessment. Brianna was excellent, very detailed in what was going to be done and why. I was checked for balance, flexibility, range of motion from head to toe. I was very impressed on the thoroughness of the exam. I came away with a better understanding of where my strengths and weaknesses were. Next step will be to begin training sessions and learn what I need to do to get the most out of my body for golf. I highly recommend going for the assessment and then decide where you want to go from there.
