“My mother had a fall and has been at Chatsworth for over a month doing rehabilitation. The facility is spotless and well maintained. The rooms are beautiful and are made to feel like a room in your home. Most importantly, after having had experiences in a couple other facilities, the staff at Chatsworth is most notable. They are friendly, polite and do not leave the patient feeling as though they are a nuisance. This has been the biggest problem I have seen with other facilities. My mother has no memory issues and she confirms that the level of care is consistent even when I am not present.”
