This is an absolute delight to dive the Heron bridge during high tide. There were lots of creatures out for both my dives. It is a big area. Two fairly long dives and only saw less than a third of the park. The snorkel trail is pretty cool too. There are a few homeless people at the park and they do not bother people. The place gets crowded super fast so get there early.

Amazing shore dive with lots to see. Parking fill up fast on holidays and weekends. My max depth was 22 ft on the 10 or so dives here. Bridges, docks, snorkeling trail, and small wrecks are among some of the best areas to dive. Parking close to the swimming area makes the walk with gear a little easier. Must be dove with tide changes in mind due to strong currents. A little research or advice from local dive shop is a good idea. Picnic areas and bathrooms are available but rinse areas are limited.
Cool spot, there's a little bit of everything here. I liked the snorkeling trail and I like that there's a beach under the bridge so half of it is full shade. Fishing pier was cool too. There were a few homeless people wandering around but they weren't confrontational at all
