Denise Carraro - Yoga Instructor

Denise lead such a beautiful inspiring class, she is warm, welcoming and has a cheerful calmness about her that makes any yogi feel at ease when they step on their mat. If you haven’t yet taking her class is a must.

I was dragged to a yoga class by one of my friends. I knew nothing about yoga but went along. Little did i know it would be the first of many classes i attended with Denise. I loved the class and her! If you are like me and don't know what to expect or any of the poses, do not worry! She helps you every step of the way. I ALWAYS feel so relaxed and refreshed after her classes i wish i could keep her with me at all times. You will not be disappointed. She really is amazing, loves what she does and you can see how much she enjoys helping people.

Denise Carraro is an awesome Yoga instructor who incorporates a holistic approach in her classes. Attention to the mind, body and spirit are part of every class. Classes are creative and easy to follow.
I would definitely recommend that you attend a class and see for yourself.
