Not so with Murrell. They come when they say they will and contact when necessary. I'm on a maintenance path with my pest control needs and even in a state like Florida where there's no shortage of bugs, I really don't get them. I have a theory that if you eliminate the bugs you don't get spiders. It seems to hold true. I'm very glad to be with this company and the people who work at this company.
