Charlene was the Customer Service Rep that took care of me. She was very helpful in trying to get my property appraised correctly to get the maximum price allowed. She was very polite and Professional and really handled herself as if she was the owner of the shop. Even though I wasn't able to get the amount I wanted I was still happy with what she was able to give me. I have no doubt in my mind that I will be back to purchase some items that I say that I could use. Charlene Thank You so much for making me feel at ease with the process and for getting me the maximum price I could get. You made my night and I will definitely ask for you to assist me again in the future.

So much to say about this store . Nate was more than helpful . Came into the pawn shop looking to make my first investment On silver / Gold coins. Nate explained to me and my father the ins and outs of gold and silver . I highly suggest going here if your inexperienced or even looking for something. Great people and will definitely be coming back

Great prices. Staff was very informative and knowledgeable. Doug helped us right away and was very polite. He walked us through, gave us plenty of options and helped us on a couple of purchases. Nick and Charlene were a great help as well. We will be coming back.

I have never been here myself because my husband has many times. As soon as I walked in the door Nick helped me out and I told him my husband had been there many times and he made me feel like I had been there 1 million times myself and was very helpful professional and nice. It’s nice to have businesses like this still around to where you aren’t just a number. I highly recommend them!!

This is going to be the coolest best place to buy tools amplifiers cars guns you name it these guys got it normally never Pawn any of my stuff but I'll tell you this economy is taking a toll on a wallet gas prices and all. It was nice to know that once I did need to find something for some extra cash to pay a bill these guys give me a fair price on my kids and I was able to return the following week and picked him up I recommend then to anyone you falls on hard times it needs some money but they don't want to get rid of their stuff they just want to borrow on it they keep everything safe my guitar very safe while it was there.
