Most others would just take it. Also, on all my visits, only once was there an issue (a faulty clamp). “Here's a 2020 A8 that Safelite couldn't do and jerked us around for FOUR WEEKS trying to 'locate' the correct windscreen. Everyone else wanted $1200-1500 and couldn't even get the glass. Gene and ABBS did this emergency service the next day first thing in the AM fourteen hours after we called them - securing the correct OEM glass and installing it professionally WITHOUT needing recalibration ($$$$!) for the camera pack and sensor suite. This isn't the first one he's done for us either. I'm an automobile dealer and have been using Gene and his guys exclusively for 10+ years for all our glass replacement. Older cars, cheap cars, newer cars, hi-line cars. Doesn't matter. The service is always timely, efficient, and high quality. His crew is professional and the results speak for themselves.
