(March 13, 2021, 8:52 am)This company has the beat customer service. My builder (David Weekly) uses them here in Tampa.
After an inspection it was noted that a few shingles needed to be replaced. We’ve been here 3 years so we aren’t under warranty anymore, however Brad McDonald roofing came out and fixed it at no charge! They also came a few days after we called them.
I offered to pay for the work and they said they believed in taking care of their customers so there would be no charge. Thank you for the great customer service!
