(March 18, 2023, 10:47 am)I had a great experience today at NTB 1505 N DuPont Hwy New Castle Del! Justin Gunn was very professional and greeted me as I entered the store to have my vehicle serviced. He also kept me up to date with the progress of my vehicle maintenance! I will definitely return back to this location and continue using the services at this location! Thanks again Justin getting me in and out in a timely manner! Great team at this location!

(November 10, 2022, 7:15 am)Five stars for the awesome customer service. They make you feel at home. Especially in the waiting area... Nice clean shop. Professional and friendly employees. Reasonable prices. They were very helpful.One issue they couldn't work on. But they did recommend other locations and other shops.I would definitely recommend and I would definitely return.

I spoke to two employees, one was Justin and unfortunately I can't remember the other gentleman but regardless they were both polite and overall nice. Justin especially was very patient with me as I had to call him back a few times after their diagnosis of my Dodge Caravan. Myself and my husband apologized a few times for the confusion and delays on our part and Justin was very understanding. HIGHLY recommend this location. They will take care of you. Thank you NTB!
(April 2, 2020, 5:50 pm)I want to thank all teachers and staff for putting on the parade on April 1st, we appreciate your support for all the kids and lifting their spirits! In addition I also want to apologize for my rude neighbors behavior, as they cursed and made threats. please know that my family and “respectable” neighbors that witnessed those that were disrespectful towards your staff will not be tolerated and we support all our education personnel that took time out of there lives to cheer up OUR children! My thoughts and prayers are with you all and your families, stay safe.
(March 8, 2020, 12:19 pm)Faculty is friendly. Kids are interactive. Big Brothers Big Sisters program is exceptional. Lots of community outreach with afterschool events too!
