N P Rx Specialty Pharmacy

This is a pharmacy that takes me back to when I was a kid and had to get a prescription for my mom. It was like you were not only picking up a script but visiting and feeling like family. You can't get that from these big companies which are more concerned with greed than the patient. If you want to feel like you are in great hands and not just a number , then this is the pharmacy for you. Thank you all for the great service you provide and making me feel like I matter.

It is a on of a kind pharmacy.

At Benzer the staff is friendly. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a hello followed by your name. They may say it will be a few minutes or they may meet you at the counter with your things.
If you have to wait you can shop a or look at the products available for sale. Matt may come out and talk to you about the vitamins. I'm always intersted in vitamins. They have a good selection of products at a really good price. If you go through the drive through it is really convenient. Matt stands there with a smile on his face and say hello to me and my sister, she drives me there.
I like that they have programs for people in need of them. Also that they really take care of their people first.
It's a great place for people sick of being called "Next".

Matt is the best! The staff is personable caring professional...we drive 20 min and pass many other pharmacy's and they deliver.
You receive service and care here that cvs/walgreens could never provide.

I've given this a lot of thought, and easiest way to summarize my experience with Benzer over the past few months is this: take the BEST parts of the BIG CHAINS (like pricing and availability) and combine that with how an independent pharmacy SHOULD be (no price gouging, even the OTC's are CRAZY cheap) and that will only begin to give you an idea of how great a pharmacy they are. The small pharmacies around here literally had me in tears a few months ago, and not a single one showed a single bit of empathy. Benzer, on the other hand, actually RE-OPENED just this past Friday when I pulled up 15 minutes after closing time and barely caught the pharmacist leaving. He quickly filled my prescriptions but I was a few dollars short, so (and this part is almost unbelievable) he quickly set up in the computer that I owed them a little money and I was able to leave, all my prescriptions in hand! I can't give them a high enough praise!
