He also will fit me in on short notice for any "flare ups" that he can help with. He is also very caring and treats you you like family. “I’m a new member and absolutely love this gym. The staff are always so friendly and everything is always very clean. I started the Jolt dance class that is so much fun and a great workout. Jaymee is so kind, helpful, and makes everyone feel welcome to her classes. She creates such a friendly and fun environment to workout in. The classes is definitely something I needed to stay active in the gym vs going to do the same routine every time. The cardio room is a really cool setup. Definitely recommend this gym.”
