Health code rating is A, the staff is friendly, and they have one of the best ham and cheese croissants. If you want the classics this is the place to go. We called Penske and Cheryl encouraged us to go check out the cabs. She gave us our quote in case everything was a go and Penske was indeed the best price. We went to the location at Wards towing and Michael and Ward were beyond kind and professional. We hit the right spot on the second truck and Ward made sure to help me in and out like a true gentleman. (We know to bring a step stool with us...lol) Michael made sure to encourage us to take our time up and that Penske would rather folks get to their destination in one piece. If you are looking to rent a truck and want friendly, warm, professional service I can't recommend Penske through Wards towing enough.”

He showed excellent leadership in instructing and guiding two relatively new employees (one on each end of the trip). They did a far better job in protecting my furniture and goods than any other company I have used. Chris B was extremely courteous and an extremely hard worker. He had a great personality and made me feel less anxious (I am 73) and was moving on my own. They were prompt and made the move really easy for me. If I were ever to move again I would certainly request that Chris B be the crew chief. He truly is outstanding.”
