Dr. Strobbe and the entire Gulf Coast Medical team have made me feel confident and comfortable. All of their offices have pleasant waiting areas. The staff seems happy to be there. The fleet of residents who do preliminary work-ups are professional and personal, and Dr. Strobbe herself is aggressive about patient care while still being kind. Also? Called Tony's looking for one. Not only did they have one our needed size but they had two!!! The gal helping us was so nice and helpful. They delivered the next day and removed the old one for us. “Billy was very respectful, professional, and was done within 20 minutes. He was awesome. Highly recommend if you need A/C repairs within a couple hours. I also want to point out that the person over the phone initially told me they would have someone at my house within 3 hours, but when he was running behind they called to let me know that Billy would be late. “My daughter is 17 and a patient of Dr.Yen's. We were recommended to see him when her dr at John's Hopkins Hospital stopped practicing. To be honest, I was afraid of bringing her to see Dr. Yen due to the negative reviews. However, I must say, 5 stars are NOT enough! Starting with the office staff - Tabitha and Alize, they are absolutely AMAZING! Their kindness and compassion when answering any questions regarding insurance, making appointments, and questions in general have always been over the top incredible. Dr. Yen is very thorough, explains in depth treatment, gives different treatment options, and truly invest himself in the patient. He takes his time and we have never felt rushed. He has also been compassionate and kind, listening to what my daughter has to say about her pain and validating her feelings. We drive over an hour to see him and it's worth every mile!”

“This brand new facility just opened in July. It is extremely state of the art with the most advanced medical technology. They use disposable thermometers to take your temperature. The scale is wheelchair accessible, so you do not need to get up from your wheelchair for the staff to weigh you. The scale is also 100% completely confidential as there is no display of your weight large enough for others to see. The staff is professional, experienced and so incredibly friendly that you feel like they are family. The facility is extremely clean and sanitary. The staff caters to any problem you may experience and will never keep you waiting. There is a total of 20 dialysis stations. The recliners are very comfortable and all patients have their own flat screen TV with remote using Direct TV. The channel options are plentiful. It is extremely cold, so if you are a potential patient, please dress accordingly. Most patients also bring their own blankets to stay comfortable. The facility does not provide any blankets, food or drinks, so make sure you bring everything you may need so that you are comfortable. The facility opens at 6am on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays and is closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you are a patient of Dr. Reddy or Dr. Badillo (nephrologists), they do visit Davita for check ups.”
