Too many to remember. He is very organized and efficient, and was always on time. Everything Fred showed me met my criteria of being a gulf access home. I want to have a sail boat, so it is important that I do not have any restrictions that prevent a sail boat. Fred made sure that he checked the gulf access restrictions before we looked and a home. He is very knowledgeable about the area, and quick to point out any possible issues with each home he showed me. Highly recommend.”
