After working on the unit for an hour with three phone calls for help I told him let’s just forget it. He agreed. I then called Pampering Plumber explained the problem, the model number and the error codes being generated. I said if you don’t know these units just say so. They said no problem, they had a technician they could re-route and 30 minutes later Eddie arrived. An hour later I had hot water at a reasonable price. Professional, thorough and courteous. I will never call another plumber again other than Pampering Plumber and I’ll always ask for Eddie.”
