“The food was definitely 5 stars. The service was 50/50 we spoke to 2 employees: 1 was majorly attentive and 1 acted like we were bothering him while taking our order. Ketchup was out so we asked for ketchup and the guy who gave us the ketchup packets was really nice. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because the floor seemed like it was mopped in grease. We had to be very careful not to slip across the entire surface of the restaurant. Again the food was great, the service was 50/50 but the floor made the place feel like it had an uncleanly vibe.”

“What a difference this new window tint has made! I'm in the car a lot for work and the old tint that was on the car when I purchased it was peeling and bubbling. The new tint looks amazing and keeps the car soooo much cooler. The service was amazing and my tint is warrantied for life so I'll never have peeling tint again. “While the staff was wonderful and caring, we were told we would be called the following morning at 9am regarding lab results for our geriatric border collie mix, who was not feeling well at all. We never received a phone call. I called several times throughout that day and the following one to get his lab results. That was several weeks ago. Despite leaving several messages we never received a phone call back letting us know what was wrong with him. Luckily his symptoms have passed at this point. I want to add that they got us in quickly and every other aspect of our visit was great! But, not communicating lab work to let you know how your pet is doing isn’t something I would think is good practice normally.”

“After waiting all day for the plumber to come to work on my tankless water heater a guy arrived who had no idea what to do. After working on the unit for an hour with three phone calls for help I told him let’s just forget it. He agreed. I then called Pampering Plumber explained the problem, the model number and the error codes being generated. I said if you don’t know these units just say so. They said no problem, they had a technician they could re-route and 30 minutes later Eddie arrived. An hour later I had hot water at a reasonable price. Professional, thorough and courteous. I will never call another plumber again other than Pampering Plumber and I’ll always ask for Eddie.”

“Three step process for our laundry, first is the design by J. and he help you think of effects of your decisions before the installation so your doors actually swing correctly for example. J. is excellent. Next step is the workers who install the cabinet parts that were made in their Odessa facility. There were a couple detail issues any carpenter would not allow in their own home but they departed my home since my wife did not call them out on it. I sent pictures to the manager and he came out quickly to fix the issues perfectly. Good customer service. Third was a subcontracted counter top with sink who did not have professional skills greater than an educated home owner like me. I spoke to the manager of SCS about the counter top guys and I trust he will find another source. We went with a different company for another project prior to this one and now regret that so we will choose SCS for our largest project next. The leadership in this company makes them better because they seem to actually be carpenters and cabinet makers not just assembly line men.”
