Cottage Court Apartments

I moved to Cottage Court Apartments in August 2016....i was moving from NC...by myself! It had the perfect floor plan, and everything I was looking for and location was great!! Aldi, Ollies, WalMart, Publix, Dollar General, Wells Fargo, Lab Corp, down town NPR and all the restaurants and bars. (Sam's beach bar ECT.) the Gulf place mall and only 20 min from Tarpon Springs and 30 from Clearwater. I loved going to the pool and walking around the grounds...also bike riding in nice neighborhoods near by. I even had a cat who adopted ME.... Priscilla..who was loved by all and is now buried on the grounds. I also had great neighbors........I will always love this place!!! My first home in Florida.. for 4 yrs!! Aj the manager...who is awesome!! He even transplanted some of my plants as permanent members on the community 😎🙃🥰🙏❤️ Thank you 7147🥰

Spoke to a wonderful lady named Kimber, my fiance, I and out 8 month old baby are hoping to move in soon and with everything we talked about they are super understanding and kind. Hopefully everything works out and we can move in! Beautiful apartments and awesome staff. Great experience so far despite it being a 20 minute conversation she was amazing! Hoping to move my family in, in a month or 2, fingers crossed🤞🏻

My husband and I moved in to Cottage Court Apartments several years ago and when we did, there was much to be desired. After just a while, new management took over and we had a new property manager, AJ and a new maintenance technician Carlos. WOW what a difference these two made! The refurbished facilities such as pool deck and resident community center the addition of a dog park, and to us the 2 most important things the clean up, if you will, of boisterous tenants and quick and knowledgeable response to our maintenance issues (though not many). AJ was always accommodating to things he knew we needed and Carlos as well as being so quick to respond to things, these fellas, as a team have, in my opinion, brought Cottage Court up to a higher standard and though we've moved we were so thankful for the blessing of new management. If not for those 2 we would have left much sooner so thank you both!

I have been here over a year. Brian was nice but the trash that lived here was disgusting. I was not going to renew my lease as my neighbors were horrible. Luckily we have new management and he is doing a wonderful job of cleaning the place up. Neighbors,were evicted for non payment. Good riddance . I live tight next to the pool and,all ight drunken parties have stopped . If there is an issue it is handled. Live it here. It is friendly and quiet. I don't feel the rent is to high,just my opinion. Thankyou new management and on site maintenance .
