The instructors are patient, kind, and really give the kids the attention they deserve whilst teaching them real life situations. Unforchantly, at age 6 I never thought my son would have to use what he learned in class but he has during Kindergarten and I was so pleased when the principal told me he frankly defended himself in school! I can not thank enough Mr. Dave, Mr. Colton, and it looks like another great instructor too! “Very friendly environment! The staff are extremely welcoming and do a great job at making members feel welcome and a part of something. The other members are very respectful and come with the intention to workout, not socialize. Also, I like that the gym a community than just a facility where you come to lift weights. Highly recommend for people serious about their goals at any experience level… and thats not even going into detail about the post workout recovery area or in-house chiropractor they have! I recommend at least touring the facility if you are on the fence.. you’ll love it”
