Best money ever spent on relaxing ever! Super clean, awesome laid back staff, all around great experience.

So happy a place like this exists in Wesley Chapel! Originally I was interested in the sauna membership for detox purposes, but then I got hooked on the float pods and compression boots as well.

This is a great place for athletes to come for recovery, but even better in my opinion for people who are recovering from an injury or on a health journey to overcome chronic illness. While these recovery therapies won't fix the problem alone (diet, stress, lifestyle, medication, etc are all factors), they are an important piece of the puzzle and 7can majorly speed up the healing process in my personal experience overcoming chronic illness.

I would recommend buying a package with 3 floats if its you're new to it. The first float can take some adjusting to, I felt antsy and didn't get to that "zen" state during my first float, but every time thereafter (I'm on 4 or 5) it has been a healing experience both mentally and physically.

OMG! My first float was AMAZING. I will most be definitely be back even though I love more than 100 miles away. I loved the milieu of the spa and the friendly service. I can't wait to go back!!

I'm 7 months pregnant and I am thrilled to have found something I can do that is healthy and a stress relief! I love the weightlessness, and being able to lay on my back, and being warm -but not overheated, plus all the benefits my skin receives (detoxifying, PH balancing, adding magnesium, etc.); my skin definitely looks brighter afterward! The facilities are very clean, and they take extra time to answer my questions, and provide me with everything I need to have a good experience. You can tell they care! Afterward I feel so light and clearheaded, I just love the mental/emotional relief! I'll definitely be adding this to my routine leading up to the birth. I highly recommend float tanks to everyone, not just expecting mothers, and this facility in particular.

First time floating and I couldn't speak better of this establishment I had a wonderful, clean, and refreshing experience. Staff was super kind and knowledgeable. The tanks are great and you get the full sensory deprivation experience. I was so refreshed after my float and my hair, skin, and soul all feel restored. I would highly recommend this experience to get a break from all the screens and nonsense going on in day to day life. I will be back even if its a drive its well worth it for some self-care.
