“We recently moved into an apartment and were told the carpet is new. As such, I had asked Bill with Heaven's Best, to just do a light cleaning on the tile. Well, the carpet ended up NOT being new. See 2nd photo of what he pulled out of the unit after the previous tenant. Bill went ahead and deep cleaned it plus the tile and was also available short notice as his schedule opened up! He didn't charge me the full extra he could've, knowing we just didn't have it or expect the carpet to be older. His work was exceptional (see 1st pic) and he was very professional. Once we move to a house, I will be calling him again. We'll definitely be repeat customers! Thanks to Bill and his nephew!”
