The fix went extremely fast and it has worked like a charm ever since. Additionally he performed various diagnostic tests with me (some of them required the owner present) to ensure quality. “Dr. Patel is an amazing doctor who truly cares about his patient's health and well being. He is by far the best medical doctor I have. He sits and takes his time with you and explains everything while using little anecdotes to help with understanding. He tries to get to the bottom of medical issues rather than throw unnecessary medications at it, if they are not needed. I have never felt rushed and am truly grateful to be under his care. I am doing so much better with his help and support. The office is clean, they don't overbook and make you wait. I don't think i have ever had to wait more than a minute or two to be called back. When you are called back and put into a room, you aren't sitting there forgotten about, Dr. Patel comes into the room very promptly. He is very respectful of time. The nurse and other staff are very nice too. I wish my other medical doctors were like Dr. Patel; he is truly an amazing doctor who takes time to listen and care and sadly those types of doctors are very rare these days.”
