“We are so blessed and grateful we found Heimberger’s Martial Arts studio. When we first entered the studio Victoria the receptionist approached my daughter in such a sweet matter like she knew her for years. My daughter was very shy didn't want to participate in class. Instructor Allen came off the Dojo over to my daughter and introduced himself and was very personable and kind. She was very intrigued in his personality and decided to give the class a try. She absolutely loved it. Attending for 2 years she gained so much confidence, strength and positive attitude. She is thriving in MMA class and doing fantastic in school. She is determined to learn the skill set to become an instructor. She has built an extended family and is so excited to attend class every week. Master Heimberger and his staff are awesome!! This is such a great environment if you want to instill your child with great discipline and respect this is the place to be. Such positive energy, wonderful caring, kind compassionate family and staff.”

“My son Ryan and I have been going to this marital arts Academy for over 2 years now and he has grown to be such an awesome little person! The instructors are patient, kind, and really give the kids the attention they deserve whilst teaching them real life situations. Unforchantly, at age 6 I never thought my son would have to use what he learned in class but he has during Kindergarten and I was so pleased when the principal told me he frankly defended himself in school! I can not thank enough Mr. Dave, Mr. Colton, and it looks like another great instructor too! My son always cant wait to come into class and looks forward to it every-week even when he gets sick and I keep him home he cries wanting to be there! Lets keep it up! :)”

“I have visited this studio twice. The location is incredibly beautiful, the yoga instructor and her husband are very personal making you feel like no stranger. The ambience itself is therapeutic. Yesterday, I tried a cold plunge right after the class. I would never thought in a million years that I would try something like that because I hate cold. The results are mind blowing. I suffer of chronic pain since the age of 10 (I’m currently 52). I woke up with no pain, I slept like a rock and my motivation and focus today are something I never experienced before. Thank you very much for the experience! I will definitely be back again :-)”

“We have had a good experience at this gym. It’s our first experience with gymnastics, but have had a great time and our daughter loves coming. They change the little kids tumbling decor for the different seasons and keep the classes small so the teacher can focus on the children. They give online progress reviews and the coaches will also tell you verbally at the end as well. Ms. Abby is the best coach for the little ones. She is very structured and keeps all the kids in line.”

“Very friendly environment! The staff are extremely welcoming and do a great job at making members feel welcome and a part of something. The other members are very respectful and come with the intention to workout, not socialize. Also, I like that the gym a community than just a facility where you come to lift weights. Highly recommend for people serious about their goals at any experience level… and thats not even going into detail about the post workout recovery area or in-house chiropractor they have! I recommend at least touring the facility if you are on the fence.. you’ll love it”

“I love Club Pilates. The instructors are amazing and I love how there are different levels and how there is such variety in the types of classes. Each instructor has his/her own style within the general Pilates method so it is never boring. You can start at any fitness level and the instructors help you adapt sessions depending on any physical limitations, accounting for health conditions. I have ongoing problems with my low back and I feel Pilates is helping me get stronger with less flare ups. I choose to exercise earlier in the AM before work and I feel energized and ready for the rest of the day. Thanks to all you wonderful instructors who make it fun!”
