They have not only a large variety of books, but movies as well. The customer service is wonderful each and every time I go. It’s easy to get a study room. I absolutely adore the gardening yard! Each instructor has his/her own style within the general Pilates method so it is never boring. You can start at any fitness level and the instructors help you adapt sessions depending on any physical limitations, accounting for health conditions.
