They understood my anxiety and had the patience to accommodate me. I have another appointment next weekend and don’t nearly have the anxiety I had when I went in. Very warm and inviting staff all around, they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Angie, my hygienist, was very friendly and transparent about everything. Dr.Burbys office was recommended and I knew I could no longer put off my visit. I first met with the hygienist and right away so made me feel comfortable. She was so gentle, talked with me all the way through my deep cleaning, and explained everything she was doing. She was very gentle and super sweet! After, I met with Dr. Burby and again very sweet, thorough, and explained everything to me! My experience was so pleasant and his whole staff made me feel at ease. Beyond that, working with the doctors and staff at Blue Wave over the past couple years has been amazing. They are friendly, incredibly accommodating, and have made this process as easy as I imagine it could be. My daughter even said today on the way to her last appointment that she was sad to be done and not see the doctors and staff anymore as they are always so friendly and remembered her name every time she went in. Initially, my husband took my daughter to several orthodontist offices in the Wesley Chapel area and felt that Blue Wave had the best prices while still providing superior service.
