“My daughter is 17 and a patient of Dr.Yen's. We were recommended to see him when her dr at John's Hopkins Hospital stopped practicing. To be honest, I was afraid of bringing her to see Dr. Yen due to the negative reviews. However, I must say, 5 stars are NOT enough! Starting with the office staff - Tabitha and Alize, they are absolutely AMAZING! Their kindness and compassion when answering any questions regarding insurance, making appointments, and questions in general have always been over the top incredible. Dr. Yen is very thorough, explains in depth treatment, gives different treatment options, and truly invest himself in the patient. He takes his time and we have never felt rushed. He has also been compassionate and kind, listening to what my daughter has to say about her pain and validating her feelings. We drive over an hour to see him and it's worth every mile!”

“I have had skin cancer 4 times now. 2 of those were removed by Moh’s Surgery because they were on my face. This most recent skin cancer was Moh’s surgery performed by Dr. Dorton at Bay Dermatology. I have to give him 5 stars. I would give him more, if possible. He did a beautiful job of minimizing scarring. I pulled my bandages off about 28 hours after surgery today because the bandages were covering my earlobe and it was pulling every time I moved my head. However, when I removed the bandages, I saw that the cut went vertically from the top of my earlobe to my jawline, along the front of my ear. (No wonder it was covering my earlobe!) I couldn’t have asked for a better cut line- it won’t even be noticeable once it heals. I am so pleased at the job he did- I thought the surgeon in Spokane who did my first Moh’s surgery did a great job, but the work Dr. Dorton did is even cleaner. Thank you, Dr. Dorton!”

“I am truly blessed to have been referred to this doctor. He performed my umbilical hernia repair. He was patient and explained everything to me thoroughly. He even drew pictures for me. He's very kind and I really felt cared about as a whole person. He was respectful of my wishes and even when he didn't agree he was very respectful, addressed my concerns with kindness, and was not condescending. “Don't know why the rating is as low as it is. I've dosed at both the Spring Hill (Hernando County) and Port Richey (Pasco County) clinics. From the get go, I've felt welcomed by the staff and have been treated marvelous! Shout out to the best counselor there is, Taylor! She's undoubtedly one of the sweetest and most caring individuals that I've come across! The nurses are all phenomenal and down to earth as well. The only one person that I wish was a bit more friendly is Darrell in the front. He always looks miserable, I wish I could turn his frown upside down but it is what it is, no place can ever be perfect! Still deserves 5 stars in my opinion! Keep up the great work, PAR.”

“First of all, I've only been in to this office for a consultation so far. However, from the moment that I stepped in the door, I knew that I was going to like this office. The staff are all very friendly; they knew every patient by name, and talked as if they were old friends. There was a bit of a wait, but I was informed ahead of time that they tend to run behind, and that the doctor is very thorough. It was well worth the wait. Dr. Peterson ACTUALLY listened to me and didn't cut me off when I was telling him about all of my issues and concerns, as other doctors have done to me so often. He explained the conditions that I was told that I have, and others that might actually be going on instead or in addition to them. He asked if I've had specific tests or treatments done, and ordered tests that I've never had done to rule out other conditions. He told me about a lot of potential treatments (most of which I'd never even heard of), and asked about different medications and what effects they had for me. He definitely was very thorough, which, to me, makes it worth the extra wait time when he is running behind. He definitely puts the needs of his patients first. I would 100% recommend him to anyone with pain management needs.”
