“We scheduled an appointment to get two keys programmed for my Ford Escape. Unfortunately since I purchased the key fobs off Amazon, they were not the right ones and they could not get them to program. They were great about it! Even with giving up the time to try to accomplish this for me, they didn’t charge me since they were unsuccessful. I will definitely go back once I am able to get the correct fob needed for my car. I highly suggest using them for all you locksmith need!!!”

“I like the the concept, if I was making one key, or multiple copies on the same key, everything is great. I wanted to make multiple key copies and pay with a credit card. I ended up having to run the card multiple times. Maybe it’s possibly but directions are not clear. Also confused about it asking about another key, then get a brass key. It seems like it wanted me to make 3 copies of the same key, not needing 3 copies of the same key.”
