“Love Aussie Grill! My girlfriend and I have pretty much only gotten the chicken tenders (until now) which are great! The house made honey mustard and BBQ sauce is amazing! The lemonade is great too, though it definitely has a small kick to it! This time I tried the sirloin, which was surprisingly great for a fast food concept, and was cooked perfectly to my liking! We also tried the caramel cookie sundae, which was understandably a mess, but also tasted great! The salt definitely helps with the sweetness of the sundae! My only gripe with them so far is that they got rid of the House Kettle Chips as a side option, which I really hope they bring them back soon! Aussie Grill is definitely our new go to fast food place!”

“We tried this place after we did some shopping at the outlets across the street. Everything we had was good. Great spinach and artichoke dip. My youngest had the chicken tenders. The best part about his meal is they were freshly made and not frozen store bought tenders. The main courses we had were great. My wife really loved the lemon chicken and raved about the grits. Great atmosphere, drinks, and the bathrooms were clean. I have a feeling we'll be back if we come outlet shopping again.”

“I called this store yesterday after I spilled my smoothie everywhere at work seeing if there was some way I could replace it here. I let the manager know that I was by myself all day at work and that smoothie was my breakfast. He was very kind and said it was okay to come grab a new one. I showed him the photo of the accident and my bank charge to make sure he knew I wasn't lying or trying to get a free drink or anything. The store was really clean and fully stocked. I found out that this was also owned by the same owner as the other smoothie king I went to which was really cool. We chatted for awhile after I got my drink about the franchise itself and another restaurant in the same plaza switching from franchise to corporate. He was really nice and I super appreciate his customer service skills he showed.”

“I love Texas Roadhouse! Their food was so delicious and there are very conveniently located right off the highway 75. They have a very full, large, diverse menu for food and drinks. The ribs were so tender! They were the best ribs I have ever had. Our server Courtney, who was outstanding, called them "killer ribs". They have a very ample amount of seating at the bar and inside and outside as well. The parking is plentiful with many handicap spots right up front. They also offer curbside pickup which is a big convenience in these trying pandemic times. And, I didn't even mention their outstanding line of steaks! When you walk in this place, they have fresh cut steaks on display for you to choose your size and type and ready to cook! And, they cater!”

“I think that the food is great ,so far the chicken wings lemon pepper are my favorite. I believe that there is some room for improvement. They use containers to pack your food ,To avoid grease from getting in the container they should put paper napkins under the food to absorb the grease. That will eliminate greasy fries and fried chicken. I think that what we get depends on the person packaging the food. There definitely a step missing in the daily operation but it’s an easy fix. Anyone that is an experienced cook knows that when taking fried foods from the hot grease it’s always best to paper towels or napkins to absorb the grease. The fries remind me of homemade fries that my mom used to make. She would cut a potato fry it then give us French fries in a little bag. I’m from up North we had a Chinese restaurant called Little Kitchen. They had the same flavored fries as Wing Stop. We only paid 5 or 10 cents a bag, lol ! Again if the grease issue is taking care of everything else is great. This is my opinion. I will say that the cook definitely knows what he’s doing”

CHRIS AT THE CASH REGISTER IS AMAZING!! Everyone is always rude, not friendly and never accommodating(except the manager, she’s always great but rarely works the front). It’s made me feel like I didn’t want to go back many times but on busy mornings it’s on the way to kids school and quick. Well last time we went Chris was so nice I thought wow I’ll come again. Today he was so great, he talks friendly when taking orders (others you feel rushed or they are rude) , when you drive to window his big welcoming smile and he always asks how your day is . This is customer service!! I wish I had cash to tip today but I’ll be back! I no longer feel upset after leaving there!! HE NEEDS A RAISE! Don’t lose him!”
