“I love stopping by there on my way to work. They are always so friendly to me, and as much as people want the employees to act like robots, they are not. People are people and shouldn't be talked down to because you are not getting your way. I speak of the time about a month or so I was in there and the lady in front of me was acting like a full blown......female dog to the cashier demanding her change the price of something because the customer tried to bs an expensive item for way the hell cheaper with a clearance tag she herself had put on.”

“I don't shop regularly at Publix, but I do go there regularly for treats. They have the kind of beer that my husband likes and so once in a while I'll run out to get just that, or just a sushi or two on $5 sushi day (Wednesday) for myself and a friend. My son always wants a ham sub and a chocolate milk from there so I'll get that for him if he's around. We all have our vices. 🤷🏼♀️👨👩👦🍱🍺🥖🥤 The staff is always very polite and helpful and the store is always clean. Once, I bought beer and the cardboard package was soft from it being cold and the condensation compromising the integrity of the box... I paid for it and carried it all the way out to my car just for the box to rip and fall, breaking several bottles and creating a stream of beer through the parking lot. I felt awful about it but figured I should tell someone so they didn't have a smelly sticky mess that they didn't know about... So I went back in and told them and not only were they really nice about cleaning it up, they gave me another case of beer to replace it. I definitely thought that was on me and I was going to have to buy another. They're great. ❤️”

“I purchased a strawberry shortcake. I looked at all the prices in the bakery. Extremely reasonable prices on all the bakery products! Their bakery products are sweet but not overpowering sweet like most supermarkets. This particular location is not overcrowded which makes getting in and out a breeze. The prices on most of the items are a lot better than certain grocery stores.”

“So this might be long but worth the read: I haven't been to a salon in over a year because my last lady moved away. I am very picky when it comes to seeing a stylist. I chose Salon Effect because it was local, the other reviews were good and its not a "chain". I went in with high hopes but a guarded heart. I had Chrissy and she was phenomenal!!!! Told her what I wanted and showed her some pictures. She gave me advice and we talked a few minutes before she even touched my hair. We talked the whole time and I was very comfortable. The place was great too! Clean salon, upbeat environment and friendly staff. My hair turned out exactly what I was wanting! I'm so excited to find a place and will want to go back when needed!”
