While I do not discount the experience this woman and her daughter had, I left a message for Patti to call me regarding space availability in the Marina. Patti promptly called me back, gave me all the details, and immediately sent the wait-list form. She couldn't have been more pleasant. Having owned a business in the City of Baltimore and having dealt with the City government on a regular basis, I am sensitive that these municipalities have very small budgets and are often forced to burden their employees beyond their original "job description" which can cause some days to be trying for them. I'm sorry that the other reviewer had issues, but I thought it was only fair for me to describe my interaction with Patti.”

“My husband and I stayed in Sonrisa 5 last June and had a WONDERFUL week. The condo is beautiful and roomy. Great view of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. Laundry facilities came in very handy. We had such a great time we are going back this summer. Will and Scott Roeper were great to work with. We LOVE this place. We used to stay in Sand Key but will not go back after experiencing the beauty and tranquility of Belleair Beach 💗”

“My family had a great experience. It's right on the beach and the pool was right out or door. The pool was heated and the hot tub was near by. We even made dinner on one of three gas grills. Family dinner was held outside on the picnic tables. The beach was clean and water manageable for kids to play. The other guest were very nice to us. We would stay again.”

“Responsive to the needs of residents. Has kept the beach from being a wall of condo towers like all the other beaches have become. Well regulated fee parking which discourages drunkards, trashy people, noise and crime. Far superior to Belleair Shores, which is nothing but a tax dodge.”
