Numbers don't lie. If you want your house sold for top dollar call TT. *I have both bought and sold with Terry. The only negative I can say is we had a minor breakdown in communication both times. Make sure you understand your part and what's expected. Terry - I feel the misunderstandings could have been avoided had you been more specific with me. There are times where you have to tell the client upfront with no reservations. Time is money and miscommunication can be detrimental. All-in-all, 5 Star!”

“Awesome spot. Lea and Anna were very accommodating when we had to change our guest numbers last minute. Had everything our family needed. Kids loved the pool and my wife and I loved the private dock outback at night. The outside of Sand n Sea lit up at night with cool colored lights that give an old school feel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and cool inside our suite. Beach was a 2 minute walk. Highly recommend a stay at this beautiful location. We will definitely be back!!!”

“SUPERB IN EVERY WAY! People love the 1950's supper-club vibe, yet progressive, with art and decor untouchable in any restaurant near or far. The food is sublime, consistently. Sheri endured a big hit with COVID, but is determined to continue the perfection of sophisticated, yet comfortable atmosphere and the offer of the finest food. (I don't drink, so I miss out on their finest of wines), but the crowd waiting in and out the door (with reservations) is a testament to my words. A VERY SPECIAL PLACE.”

“Went here twice during our stay since it was literally right next to our hotel. It's part of a chain of restaurants there. However, everything I got I liked quite a bit. I ordered a 4 shrimp dish the first time and a burger the second time. We had also tried the grilled grouper and that was fantastic. They also played live music and they were fantastic. All around a good touristy stay if you're into that sort of thing. 🙂”

“On this day, I parked there so I could go to the beach. While there, I watched the Coast Guard doing some training and took a picture of two of the houses I lived in while growing up in the '70s. One the left is 776 Eldorado Ave. and on the right is 770 Eldorado Ave. We moved from 770 to 776. Back then, the high tide would put the Gulf about 3 feet up on the 5' high seawall, the top of which is now almost level with the beach itself. This picture was taken from the point where the sandbar used to be.”

“This was the most hospitable coffee shop I have ever been to! “Tall Paula,” she said we can call her that, provided me and my mom a wonderful experience after our massages! She was so nurturing like a good mama telling us we needed to drink lots of water and made sure we got well hydrated with her deliciously infused fruit water that she made right on the spot! Oh and the chocolate chip cookie that I got was on another level! I started eating it on my walk back to the resort and was tempted to circle back to make sure I had one before I left to fly home. You’re so sweet, Paula, and you got that personality that I love! Your like a friend from home! Cool, confident, and ready to do this thing! Thanks for a great experience!”

“I qualified as a Health Coach with CNM in July 2021 and highly recommend this diploma course. As an online course, the content and support was excellent with tutors, and course co-ordinators always responsive and happy to help with any questions or advice I needed. This worked brilliantly for me as I worked the course material around my family and existing job. The course lectures and interactive online activities were of excellent quality, easy to follow and full of update evidence based information. The practical assessments were also informative and gave a real practical feel for the tools and techniques we were learning from a personal point of view. I found the coaching module really prepared me for seeing clients of my own, with loads of support with cases from the course tutor and pre-recorded video tutorials that we had access to on our online accounts. Finally the Business and marketing module really prepared us for how to make a business work, although I found this the most dry of all the modules CNM made it relevant and interesting and I felt equipped with all the skills I needed to make a successful business as a Health Coach. My background is conventional medicine where I worked 12 years as a doctor. She had been quoted, by another plumber, over $800 to install 2 sinks, which she already had in her possession. Nothing fancy, no cut outs to be made etc. Raimondi took care of her for a LOT less (not my place to say in this forum.. but it was VERY significant) and did a great job. She is quite happy. On a personal note, I know them to be good people and would recommend them for your plumbing services.”

“Beautiful Clearwater condo!! This condo is beautiful and in a great location. We walked everywhere in Clearwater. Also, enjoyed watching dolphins from balcony. Patricia and Steve were great to work with, they are just a phone call away if you need anything. My family had a wonderful break from our Michigan cold weather. We met several families at pool who have been coming to this condo complex for years. They all said they wouldn’t stay anywhere else if your looking for a 3 bedroom condo.”

“My wife and I went in October on a Saturday night and had a great time. We arrived around midnight after dancing at Shepherd’s tiki bar before that. DJ was playing good top 40 music (and remixes) that anyone can shake their hips to. This was a much classier place than Ybor City dance clubs. People of all ages were at the Wave. There was no cover charge because it was their off season. Their busy season runs March-Sept and that’s when they charge an entry fee.”
