“We stayed in 200, which is supposed to be 3 bed 2 bath. Pro. Everything is in walking distance! Beautiful views from deck if facing water. Place has everything you need. Cons...it is not 3 bedrooms it is a 1 bedroom with 2 open lofts with no privacy. Fine if it's a bunch of kids, but adults wanting privacy will not find it here.”

“Our first time to Clearwater Beach and it did not disappoint. The condos are located on the more residential section of the beach that had less traffic and was very low key at night. Our condo was everything and more than we expected! It had everything that a family needs for a vacation at the beach. It is located on the beach and also has a very nice swimming pool which we enjoyed using. We also grilled out a few nights on the gas grill located by the pool. The location is walking distance to everything we needed. The management was awesome. Anna greeted us on upon arrival and was just a call away incase we needed help with anything. Thanks to her hospitality and the beautiful condo we will be returning next summer. Our best vacation in years!”

For example, paper towels in the kitchen, a foot mat or rug in the bedroom. The bathroom was a little damp but not a deal breaker. There is a beautiful deck at the back. The host is very friendly.”

“On this day, I parked there so I could go to the beach. While there, I watched the Coast Guard doing some training and took a picture of two of the houses I lived in while growing up in the '70s. One the left is 776 Eldorado Ave. and on the right is 770 Eldorado Ave. We moved from 770 to 776. Back then, the high tide would put the Gulf about 3 feet up on the 5' high seawall, the top of which is now almost level with the beach itself. This picture was taken from the point where the sandbar used to be.”

He was so helpful we were not able to rent from him this time, because he was full, but he gave us so much info even though we were not his guests! “Beautiful Clearwater condo!! This condo is beautiful and in a great location. We walked everywhere in Clearwater. Also, enjoyed watching dolphins from balcony. Patricia and Steve were great to work with, they are just a phone call away if you need anything. My family had a wonderful break from our Michigan cold weather. We met several families at pool who have been coming to this condo complex for years. They all said they wouldn’t stay anywhere else if your looking for a 3 bedroom condo.”

“Had an amazing time on our 3 hour charter. It was the highlight of our trip to Clearwater Beach. It was perfect for our two boys age 6 & 9. Captain Jack showed up at our hotel and took us to one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever been to. On the way back, he worked really hard to find dolphins and then got them to follow the boat. It was awesome and my kids loved every moment. Highly recommend.”

“We just stayed at the Tiki Hut cottage in March 2020 for a glorious week. Now if you are the Marriott crowd then this may not be your thing but we loved the old school vibe, friendly people and staff and the most beautiful beach in the USA only 100 steps to the sand. It didn't hurt that the week was sunny and 80 every day. The kitchen has everything you will need. The bedroom has a comfy king bed with ceiling fan. Captain Al is helpful with questions and very Knowledgeable about the area. The hot tub is fun and there are umbrellas and beach chairs for guest use. Also has bicycles that we used everyday to explore the island. THE best part of this cottage is the Tiki hut/table in the front yard facing the street. Fun people watching while enjoying a cool drink. Thank you Captain Al, Terry, Amanda and staff! Hope to be back next year!”
