“I had the best time on „The Chaz“ Tour led by Crosby today! First of all the river is absolutely stunning and the tour turned out to be more than just paddeling on a river. Crosby showed us many different Spots, including a tunnel under water that we were able to dive through. We also got to see 3 Manatees even though they are usually not around at this time of the year anymore. Crosby made sure that everyone felt safe (us as well as the Manatees), he was joking around with us, making the Tour even more fun, but also gave us the opportunity to just enjoy the peaceful environment. He definitely knows his way around and was able to answer every single question we had. I would definitely recommend the Tour with Crosby to everyone ☺️”

“This is a very nice rental complex. The views od the beach and the private pier is lovely. The unit we rented was nicely renovated, spacious and clean. The balcony offered plenty of seating. We rented chairs and an umbrella from a local company that delivered them to our room. We really enjoyed the privacy of having isolated amenities from the public w/out feeling closed in. The pool area was very nice. I was surprised that there weren't more tables w/umbrellas given the heat & sun but that did not take away from the overall space. The lounge chairs were heavy duty and comfortable and there were many around the pool. This is a well maintained property. I would stay here again!”

“My family vacationed here last month and had a wonderful time! We loved the quiet, peaceful, serene atmosphere, but still close to the local restaurants, businesses and events of Sarasota. We enjoyed the white sand of the beaches here, and especially loved being so close to nature and the horses that live here-and learned so much about them! Our kids had plenty to do-the pool and even fished in the pond! We relaxed in our charming cottage. Our dogs had a great time, also! The hospitality was warm and welcoming, and the host recommended the many different things to do here in this city. “This was our fourth year spending multiple weeks in Silver Linings unit 603 of Oceana Beach Club/Plaza, New Smyrna Beach, Fla. Not sure where to begin! We love this beautiful Condo on the beach!! It’s a perfectly charming apartment! The decor is lovely and welcoming and is well supplied with everything we needed for cooking and beaching. Its proximity to a multitude of quaint shops and a large variety of eating options, not to mention the beach make it uniquely walkable and relaxing. The pool is very nice, the staff is helpful and courteous and the shared facilities are convenient and well maintained. Sitting on the beachside balcony sipping a cocktail, after a day at the beach, bike riding or shopping feels pretty darned heavenly!!! We will certainly be back.”

I only gave four stars because they never answer the phone (I finally booked by calling their other location) and the guy behind the desk on the beach is rude/disinterested in providing service. “I called Brad the day before we wanted to rent a boat. He said we could go as early as 8:00am. I told him I would try to be there at 8 but it might not be until 10am. He said “just call me when you are 20 mins away”. We called about 9:00 and it went to VM. We called maybe 10 minutes later and he answered and we told him we would be there at 10. He got there right after we did. Helped load out stuff and drove us out of the boat slip. He explained exactly what we needed to do coming back in and gave us a quick run down on the direction to go. He texted us about 1 hour before return time and said we might want to get off the water as there were some serious storms coming in and to let him know when we were 20 min away. We told him we were on our way. He was at the marina shortly after we got there. We had a great experience, no stress and a wonderful day. We will call him when we want to rent a boat again. “My stay at Sunset Inn was very nice and comfortable. The room was very clean and nicely decorated with a small kitchenette. I wish there were a bit more space to put our luggage, like an additional luggage rack or two. Location is very close to many restaurants and small shops with in the walking distance. Parking was off site, but it's around the corner, very close to the Sunset Inn. Only one less star on service category is that the laundry facility was out of service and closed. If and when we visit South Miami again, I would definitely stay here”

Stunning! I thought I might have issues with no doors option, but I was so wrong. No doors is the best way to go. “Villa #F3. Wow! Perfect villa for our family of 5. Unbelievable location- about a 3 minute walk to the bay and 5-6 walk to the beautiful beach. The bay is perfect for morning coffee and viewing wildlife. We saw dolphins and manatees almost every day. The beach was perfect. Private access made it not overly busy so we had plenty of room to enjoy. We used both private pools. They were warm and clean. The property keeps everything in pristine condition. Really impressive. Almost feels like a high-end resort. The house itself was clean and had everything we needed. Totally updated and it feels like a brand new build. We loved the decor and had every necessity we needed (even an air fryer!). The kids loved the kids’ room. The bunk beds were absolutely perfect. They were a really smart addition. We used the desk for kids activities the one day it rained. It would be a nice area to get some work done if needed as well. The extra daybed in the lanai was used everyday. The outside storage was full of beach stuff. We used the wagon, chairs, umbrellas, and toys. It also had a washer/dryer so we didn’t have to pack a bunch of bags. Laundry was a huge benefit, especially with kids. The location of the villa is really perfect. We were close to tons of dining options- many within walking distance. With a very short drive, we were on the north village with all sorts of dining and entertainment options. We would recommend this villa without question. We will definitely be back (hopefully every year from now on). You won’t find a more updated villa in this area. Truly a great experience for our family!!”

The highlight were the manatees that followed us back in and hung out right next to us. Midnightpass beach was gorgeous and fun for a stop to swim! “I would rate our condo at Sunset Vistas experience a 6 if I was able to. The unit was very clean and up to date. A recent re-model with new appliances and kitchen cabinets gave the condo a modern taste. Wood plank floors were much better than hard clay tile flooring. We had our own designated covered parking spot which is always a plus. Dale and Kara were excellent hosts. The water temperature was OK for me, but my wife thought it was a little on the cooler side, but you could still spend time in the water. I don’t think Dale and Kara had much control over the water temperature. The view from our balcony was perfect, especially during sunset time. All in all, our stay was great. Good selection of restaurants and close to many other attractions. We experienced no problems during our visit and will definitely return for a longer stay.”

“Elizabeth and Taylor are absolutely wonderful to work with. Make sure to make reservations in advance. Super thoughtful, even had water and a facial towel on jet ski, explained everything very clearly. Great trip out on the water. Bring sunscreen and sunglasses. They take many photos of the outing, on the jet skis and beach, and send them you later, makes it much more enjoyable. We seen dolphins and many amazing birds. Best jet ski rental provider I have used in the area. Will be scheduling another adventure with white knuckle water sports anytime I am in the area. Can’t not stress it slough how awesome Elizabeth and Taylor are. Would give 10 stars if possible.”
