I wanted to lose some weight and was looking for some support. Someone suggested hypnotherapy which led me to Jay. I have to say his therapy is working. I also got a recording of my session sent to me, which is really cool. We chatted a bit before scheduling and I think I am going to follow up with him with some other issues I don't even think of to use something like this for. I have a small cough that does not seem to be a health issue that I would like to work on among other things, I am hoping he can help me with that, he says he has helped people in the past with success.
