“I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Nguyen. She has been my dentist for over 5 years. It is so rare these days to find a dentist like her. She has done my cleanings herself, root canals and anything else I have needed. She is extremely talented and doesn't make you suffer. She has great bedside manner and takes her time with me answering all of my many questions. She makes sure that I understand everything, explains all of my options and I have never felt like I was imposing or that she was in a hurry. She has also worked with me to make a personalized plan with my limited budget in mind. The staff is also very friendly and I have never had to wait more than few minutes even when they squeezed me in. Generally I am taken back right away. “I don’t even know where to start. Before I went to see Dr Sincoff i had drs that almost killed me treating me for something that I told them that I have 4 herniated disc pressing on my spinal cord. I wasn’t able to do anything I was basically in a bed for an entire year praying the lord leads me to good Doctors. My prayers were answered when I meet Dr Sincoff. We did the conservative way first with injections and when the injection were making it worse, he offered surgery. I accepted and it was the best decision I made. I had a cage put in and my migraines are gone for the most part and I have my life back. Thank you Dr Sincoff for giving me my life back to enjoy with my family!!! He is a fantastic surgeon and a caring doctor!! His staff and the MA Courtney are fantastic!! His MA Courtney is so caring and also has a great bedside manner!! If you’re having back or neck issues,Give him a call you won’t regret it!!”

Both of my parents were recently in Palm Gardens and out of the 3 rehabs that my father has been in prior, this is the only one that I would return to. I found all the staff to be friendly and kind. Peggy and Dana are so welcoming when you first arrive and are available throughout your stay to help. Robert S. The unit manager was incredibly helpful. He would answer my daily questions with patience and kindness. The therapy department is amazing. We did not work with everyone, but I can tell you that they are all friendly. Shout out to Janice for running an amazing department. To Amanda, Heather, Deanna, Robert, Lonnie and Kandice-I can’t thank you enough for treating my parents with respect and kindness. You guys are the best. To Brianna B.- what a huge blessing you are. Dealing with insurance and everything that goes with it is intimidating. Brianna helped us so much with appeal after appeal and dealing with those agencies. She is so knowledgeable about all these different companies. Thank you. Was everything perfect during our stay-no, but that’s normal. If your loved one is a patient there you need to be involved. Ask questions, talk to the mangers. One of the things that really stuck with me is that if we had an issue, they helped us. They didn’t make excuses. They just took care of it. Our Aides that I saw the most were Angela, Beatrix and Judith. They were great and I appreciate them. One downside was not having the same nurse. They used a variety of agency nurses and although most were great, I would have liked the same one.”

“I have been coming to Dr. Botellos office for about 6 years now and have highly recommended him and his staff since the moment I walked in their doors. They have always been extremely accommodating with scheduling, and any of the concerns I have. Dr Botello and his assistant make the dentist not seem as scary. I have extreme anxiety from past dentist experiences and he always reassures me and communicates with me through any procedure or treatment I have had done. Kaitlyn, the hygienist -is a sweetheart and does an amazing job.
