The Best Western By Sure Stay

The rooms have been remodeled & are nice but they forgot about the small things. Details matter like the old bedside lamps with the plugs that had rust & dust on them. Chair just needs to be cleaned & a nice ottoman would be perfect. The planes don't fly @ night but they do start really early in the morning. Breakfast was nice. I like that they watch hotel cameras to know who's on premises & if they belong there or not. What I don't like is the door doesn't seal all the way or fit properly. You can see the light from outside, while you're inside. You can also be charged for linen & smoking or damage. The later two I can understand but linen?

staff are super helpful specially Susan and really try their best to give you good stay. the room was clean and fresh. of course the hotel is next to an airport, but luckily not that busy you can hear them now and then. breakfast is good

Friendly staff, great breakfast, cozy room. Everything was clean. Teresita was very nice and made sure the breakfast was fresh! This hotel is the best bang for the buck. I recommend Sure Stay Hotel to visitors or anyone looking for a night out from home.
