(August 1, 2023, 8:11 pm)Staff was friendly, rooms clean, grounds clean. On site laundry, plenty of parking. Decent WiFi. Ice cold AC. We were here for almost 10 months and had a few minor issues that were tended to immediately. Convenient location with several bus stops steps away. Family Dollar and Walmart in walking distance. Country Skillet right next door..

(July 16, 2023, 9:37 pm)We recently relocated from Detroit and didn't want to try and pick an place to live without first checking out all the areas around Tampa. We found In Town suites and from the moment we got here we felt very comfortable and at home. The rooms are spacious and laid out very well to maximize space. Everything is always clean. There is a crew that is cleaning the grounds both night and day and housekeeping is always making sure everything is ok and asking if you need anything. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. It truly is like a little community back here. The manager is very patient and is on top of it all. He made checking in very easy for us and no matter what is happening, he always has a smile and is eager to help. We definitely recommend staying here if you need an extended stay.

House keeping and security is impeccable.manager shows great care for the place and is professional in all he represents for the intown suites in largo. Thank you for a place to relax and feel like home
(June 16, 2023, 10:23 pm)I have been here for a while now, and where should I begin? Tony has always been kind, courteous, and professional. He has always been nice to my daughter as well. The head housekeeper, Ms. Bea, she is so fantastic! Always laughing and in a good mood, loves to get hugs from my child who insists she hugs "her Bea". And always so helpful when I need something! The Maintenance worker.. past (Eric) and present (Fred), have always been there to fix something asap if I need them to! And I can't forget Ms. Kim... She is always a joy to talk to! Plus, if I need her because I accidentally locked my key inside my room (which ive done several times), she's there for me with no questions asked to let me in. Overall, I have honestly enjoyed being here. It's a great place!
(March 5, 2023, 9:58 pm)I have stayed at several extended stays over the last few years for work and this has been a great experience here and great value for the price. Great management and great employees. I had an issue with my air conditioner last Saturday night and I reported it to the front desk, I wasn't expecting to receive help on a Saturday afternoon but the maintenance guy Fred was there to fix it within 20 minutes and I really appreciated of that!! They do a great job!!
