From the beginning Dawn, Traci and Selene have been kind , helpful, and insightful. They share their knowledge and experience and answer any questions with professionalism. They truly care about the residents and their families.

I have too much fun here. I have met many of the residents of Aravilla. Many of them I meet for the first time every time I visit. The staff is patient, loving, and very understanding. My mother was very much against going into 'assisted living.' She is 98 years old and has recently become too much for us to keep safe. The first few days were not without challenges as mom can be very stubborn. On my latest visit, mom squeezed my hand and said. “I like it here. This could work. Do you want to come to my room?”

I have been with Aravilla long before we opened our doors in April. We have since filled our first floor and opened our second floor last month. As our Aravilla resident family grows so does our staff! I am very proud of the dedication and love that is poured into the Aravilla community! It truly takes a village as they say! Each department has a very needed and important role in the chain of success for all who live and enjoy Aravilla! As always keeping positive, motivated and dedicated employees is the key to a happy community! Dawn our Executive Director continues to recognize and reward those who go above and beyond daily!

I absolutely love working for Aravilla Clearwater. In all of my years working in senior living, I have never been made to feel so welcomed and included. Our Administrator Dawn truly cares for the staff and residents. She is dedicated to making this community truly great. Anyone who walks into this building can see how stunning and beautiful it is but that's not what makes a building last; strong teams do. And we truly have just that.. A strong team. I love it here and I hope to be here for many years to come
