First, he took the time to educate me on the 3M tint options and the heat/UV protection benefits. FYI, I was a bit indecisive but he was patient. When I finally made a decision, I showed up for my appointment knowing ahead of time it was going to be a few hours and what does Mike do? He pulls up and offers to take my daughters and I up the street to the mall so that we would have something to do while we wait.😀 Now that is going above and beyond! “I have used this awesome repair shop for many things. They do engine work as well as basic things like oil changes, tire repairs and tire changes. In fact, they sell a wide variety of lines of tire for every vehicle need. The staff there is very friendly and helpful. They are technology wise with traditional paper as well as electronic quotes, revisions and billing. They are very fair and their labor rates are extremely competitive. He explained the differences between the packages, and made sure my car was clean before I left. I showed up to the shop 30 minutes before they closed, and they not only did my oil change, but also stayed late for another customer. “Came in due to a check engine light and a possible bad battery. James helped me out and he was awesome. Came out to my car and read the code for me and wrote it down. I asked him if I should get the battery replaced and he told me he thinks the engine light issue might be related to the battery problem and suggest I get that addressed first. He could have very easily said yes and tried to sell me a battery I might not need but instead he was honest and I will be coming back for all my future auto parts needs. Oh and it was all free! Dealership wants $125 just to read the codes. Thanks for the excellent service and honesty!”

“Always know I'm going to get the best quality on anything regarding bodywork or paint. My last visit was a simple one to correct some blemishes on the hood and they polished it to a mirror finish. I had also brought in my old Civic years ago to have the left front quarter repaired after a serious run-in. Having had the car for years I knew it inside and out, and when the repair was finished it was difficult for me to find any trace of the car having been in a scrape. My vintage '97 Odyssey has been in a few times for a new tailgate and some repaints and has always come back perfect. I recommend them to all my friends, regardless of what they drive.”
