“A few months ago I was encouraged by a friend to try BOOSTme so I thought "why not." For a few weeks I didn't notice much difference. But after that I started noticing things changing. For years, I've dealt with chronic fatigue and with BOOSTme that seemed to be going away as I had more energy, my sleep was better, I was happy and energetic. Then I started noticing that I was having a lot of hot flashes and night sweats, which I hadn't had in years. I've been on hormone creams for years to control that, so I "knew" something was wrong. I was tested and found out that my hormone levels were high, which meant too much in my body. I was able to cut the hormone creams in half and I was recently told by my naturopath doctor that I may be able to get off of all hormones soon. The only thing I can attribute that to is BOOSTme as I haven't changed anything else. This is one supplement that I won't stop. I used to be tired most of the time but now I can work from 8am to midnight with a 45 minute nap in the afternoon and I only sleep 7 hours per night. Before BOOSTme I was sleeping 9-10 hours a night (if I could even get to sleep) and taking 1 to 2 hour naps in the afternoon. But the main thing about the sleep is that when I lay down I'm asleep within minutes and not having to take all kinds of supplements to relax me enough to get to sleep! Dr. Llewellyn did my tubal ligation recently, too, which was a breeze. And the office staff have always been pleasant and helpful, even when I had to call and reschedule only a few hours before my appointment. The offices / patient rooms themselves are always clean. Highly recommend!”
