“My wife and I went in October on a Saturday night and had a great time. We arrived around midnight after dancing at Shepherd’s tiki bar before that. DJ was playing good top 40 music (and remixes) that anyone can shake their hips to. This was a much classier place than Ybor City dance clubs. People of all ages were at the Wave. There was no cover charge because it was their off season. Their busy season runs March-Sept and that’s when they charge an entry fee.”

“We went there with another couple. It was our first experience with hookah. Our friends were experts and have their own place in Tennessee. They seemed pretty impressed. And pleasantly surprised to see exotic dancers combined with hookah. I can say the owner/manager took great pride in it. He didn’t see the girls as strippers but more as artists. I can say the three they had working there on a weeknight were quite skilled with the pole. My wife does pole dancing and she was impressed. And they were hot. Overall it was a great experience. We’ll be back.”
