“I found this store on Google. We live in NYS and planned to spend some time in St. Pete this winter so I decided to give them a try. I’m so glad I did! From the very phone call both ladies were very kind, patient and welcoming. When I walked in the store I was blown away. The store is clean, bright and spacious. The variety of merchandise is amazing. During my fitting I tried so many different items and never felt rushed. I tried things that I’ve never seen where I live! I walked out with a variety of pretty bras and a couple of new prosthetics. I went back a couple weeks later and got a bathing suit and cami! I can’t thank them enough for such a pleasant experience! “I recently took my children here during the mask wearing rule. We all followed the rule however a separate group came in without masks. When they were advised by the employees that they needed masks to be inside. The group was verbally rude to the cold stone crew. This did not shake up the staff as they went outside of the store and took the groups order. They staff was extremely friendly the whole time in dealing with the unmasked group. The staff was also great in dealing with my children and their slow decision making process. I was very impressed and I will be back. Whoever said chick-fil-a has the best service has clearly never been to this cold stone creamery.”

First, he took the time to educate me on the 3M tint options and the heat/UV protection benefits. FYI, I was a bit indecisive but he was patient. When I finally made a decision, I showed up for my appointment knowing ahead of time it was going to be a few hours and what does Mike do? He pulls up and offers to take my daughters and I up the street to the mall so that we would have something to do while we wait.😀 Now that is going above and beyond! You'll see a beautiful cloud of steam rising from each tray of food. The selection is great but not to much to mix rices beans soups meats and veggies. The appetizer selection of fried foods is grade 'A'. My mouth waters like a baby with it's first two teeth breaking through it's mouth, when I see the display of foods. My body/tummy craves the hot food from Latin market. You must try the hot food, or you will not fulfill a portion of your life.”

I would also like to give another 5 stars ***** to the little girl in Starbucks, her name was Skylar. Just WOW! I was extremely impressed by the way she handled a very rude customer about 2 people in front of me, she was calm, professional, and handled it better than I would have. “Large vanilla iced latte. No extra shot needed to be strong. 3 pumps of vanilla instead of the regular 4 and it was amazing. Southwest is also dog friendly with a small dog friendly menu. We got our dog a "pup cup" which is basically a cup of whip cream with dog treats in it. We had a wonderful time. Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere.”
